Refund Policy

Delivery Policy
Any materials apart of a job or service order will be ordered and shipped to Wavelink Communications main office, 1470 Northbank Pkwy, Tuscaloosa AL 35406.
Return Policy
Wavelink Communications does not accept returns.
Cancellation Policy
Should a customer wish to cancel a recurring service charge, please contact Wavelink Communications via the "Contact Us" link on our website. Depending on the service, a 30 day cancellation request is required in advance of the next billing cycle.
