What do we sell?

WaveLink Communications sells bulk telecommunication services including Internet, TV, Voice, and Structured Cabling. We accept United States Dollars only. Please contact us via the Contact Us page if you have any questions.

Refund Policy

WaveLink Communications does not accept refunds for services performed. Should you have an issue with an invoice, please contact us directly via the Contact Us form.

Delivery Policy

Any materials that are part of a job or service order will be ordered and shipped to WaveLink Communications' main office, 1470 Northbank Pkwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35406.

Return Policy

WaveLink Communications does not accept returns.

Cancellation Policy

Should a customer wish to cancel a recurring service charge, please contact WaveLink Communications via the Contact Us page. Depending on the service, a 30-day cancellation request is required in advance of the next billing cycle.
