Check here to see if your service might potentially be having issues or if your just curious to know what you are getting. If you feel that there is an issue, please open a ticket after running a speed test and let us know the results. Please refer to your contract for the specifics of your service and what level speeds you should be receiving. After opening a ticket, a WaveLink technician will check your service remotely and determine the next course of action.
