  • How Do I Connect?
    Connecting to the WiFi at Pike couldn't be easier! All you need to do is select the WaveLink-PKA network and enter your password given at move in. If you are a member and do not live in the house, please connect using the members password. If you have forgotten or lost your password, please contact us for assistance.
  • Is There Ethernet?
    Yes! All ethernet ports in the Pike house are activated. Simply plug your device in and you will be good to go!
  • How Do I Connect?
    At WR Tower you can connect most of your devices to the WR Tower network. You will be prompted to log in with the username and password found in your move in packet. If your device prompts you with a 'Can not connect' error, please use the WR Tower IOT network to connect. This will mostly apply to Smart TV's, Smart home devices, home assistants, etc. If you still can not connect, please contact support.
  • How Do I Connect?
    If you are a resident, please connect your device to the 'DeltaSigmaPhi Res' network using the credentials given at move in. If you are not a resident, please connect to the 'DeltaSigmaPhi Member' network.
  • How Do I Connect?
    Broadstreet Village uses a common SSID with individual passwords for each subscriber. This allows a seamless building wide connection, with enhanced privacy for all users. All devices are compatible with our network, please find your individual subscriber password with your installation documents, or contact support.
  • Can I Use Ethernet?
    Yes! Every apartment has 4 Ethernet connections available for your private local network. To connect, please plug your ethernet into the bottom of the WiFi access point in the living room. There are no additional steps needed! Please note, other wall jacks in the apartment are wired for telephone service, and can not be used for internet.
